Itinerary
Departure from Majnu Ka Tila (Near Vidhan Sabha Metro Station) in an AC Volvo by 6:30 PM. Pit stop for dinner at a roadside restaurant during the journey. Note: Pack light and prepare for a thrilling adventure ahead.
Check in to the hotel and freshen up. Enjoy breakfast and attend a short briefing session for the upcoming days. Spend the day exploring Manali: Visit Vashisht Temple, Hadimba Temple, The Mall Road, and Jogini Waterfall. Return to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
Have breakfast, check out, and start your journey toward the mystical Spiti Valley. Pass through the Atal Tunnel, witnessing the dramatic change in landscapes from lush green to rugged brown. Cross Kunzum Pass (14,931 ft), the gateway to Spiti Valley. Arrive in Kaza by evening. Dinner and overnight stay in Kaza
After breakfast, head toward the ancient Dhankar Monastery, perched atop a cliff. Visit Kungri Monastery and Pin Valley, famous for its serene landscapes. Explore the Tailing Hanging Bridge and the charming village of Mud (the last motorable point in Pin Valley). Return to Kaza for dinner and overnight stay.
Post breakfast, visit: Key Monastery: A major training center for lamas. Hikkim: Send a postcard from the world’s highest post office. Komic: Dine at the highest cafe in the world. Langza: Visit the iconic Buddha statue and take in the breathtaking views. Return to Kaza for dinner and overnight stay.
Have breakfast, check out, and start toward Chandratal Lake. En route, visit: Chicham Bridge: The highest suspension bridge in Asia. Losar Village: Enjoy lunch at Spiti’s last village. Kibber: Known for its high-altitude wildlife. Kunzum Pass: Stunning views of the Himalayan ranges. Reach Chandratal Lake by evening and check in to camps. Dinner and stargazing under the Milky Way. Overnight stay near Chandratal. Note: Stay is weather-dependent.
Wake up to a mesmerizing sunrise and have breakfast. Depart for Manali via the same scenic route. Spend some time in Manali before boarding the Volvo back to Delhi in the evening.
