Our driver, Arif, spoke excellent English, which was a big help since we don't speak Hindi or the local language, and he drove carefully due to car sickness in our family. Arif also served as a bit of a guide himself, explaining the significance of various places as we drove by. Throughout the trip, Neelam stayed in touch to make sure everything was going smoothly. He also made sure my parents, who are in their 70s, didn’t feel overwhelmed by the travel. His attention to their comfort was truly appreciated.

For the first time when I talk with Akhil  bhai I was little bit worried that am I talking with right person for doing our trip to Kashmir but when I talked with him for sometime, he made me realise that he is a genuine person and having correct knowledge of Kashmir and area around it. Kashmir is a place I’ve always wanted to visit. Being from the US makes it challenging, but Tripplatter made it easy. Every accommodation was 1st rate with caring hosts. Beautiful scenery and friendly locals everywhere. It was an exceptional experience!
A big part for a successful vacation relies on your driver and Rajinder  from Kashmir Travels was the best ever! He was always able to get us through heavy traffic with ease. It was an experience of its own witnessing his ability to get us out of impossible traffic to our location on time, and always waiting and ready for pickups. He was very polite. As a result we got to spend more time enjoying the destinations and didn’t have to worry about getting back to the hotels or airport on time. He also knew where to stop for items we were looking to purchase.

Our niece recommended us to .Tripplatter Travel Company. Since it was just me and the kiddo going everyone was concerned about our safety. When we spoke to neelam on the phone not only was he courteous but he was super kind and gave us a very good. The tour included Sonmarg. Gulmarg a luxury river front tree house in Pahalgam,Only exclusions were the horse rides. Everything was planned to the T. All the hotels were neat and tidy, traditional with modern amenities. We had the nicest drivers who was very knowledgeable about the place. Conversations were amazing and so was the food everywhere. . Came across this page on insta with a catchy Kashmir .Thereafter enquired details with One Team Member the Sales Executive who was very helpful and co-operative. I was explained in the detail the itinerary and was glad it suited my schedule.
A driver was sent to the airport to pickup us up, Mr.Lucky. He was very professional and reliable till the last day when he dropped us back to the airport, no issues with him as well.  Both the hotels were satisfactory..
The best part is the sight seeing .
Overall it was a good trip and completely worth it. Recommend it!!!

Even there was an issue with the view of one hotel room and she immediately call the manager and asked him to change our room .
